The ASOPs manual follows this revision process:- Change proposals submitted by operational departments or individual pilots
- Review by Training, Standards, and Safety departments
- Approval by Chief Pilot and Director of Flight Operations
- Implementation with appropriate training and notification
- Regular review cycle (minimum annually)
Temporary Revisions
Temporary revisions may be issued between formal manual updates. These are distributed via:- NOTAM system
- Pilot briefing packages
- Electronic Flight Bag notifications
- Company communications
